1. Pay attention to diesel oil purification: after the fuel tank is used for a period of time, some minerals or impurities will settle at the bottom of the tank, which should be removed or purified regularly. Otherwise, it will have a great impact on the normal operation of the plunger and water injection head, and it is easy to cause such problems as inaccurate oil supply time, uneven oil supply, poor oil atomization, etc., resulting in increased fuel consumption and reduced power.

2. Clean up the carbon deposit in time: the diesel engine water pump is working. Due to the high temperature generated by relevant components in the combustion process, ash polymer is attached to the valve, valve seat, fuel injector, piston top, etc. if not cleaned, fuel consumption will be increased in time. And seriously affect the normal operation of the engine, generally speaking, it is better to clean it every 4-6 months.

3. Maintain a certain water temperature: the cooling water temperature of the diesel engine water pump engine is kept at about 45-65c. If the water temperature is too low, it will cause incomplete combustion of diesel oil and increase the load of the machine itself. Cooling water is best to use mineral free "soft water" (such as distilled water and rainwater), do not abuse sewage and muddy water.

4. No overload operation: the overload operation of diesel engine pump makes a considerable part of diesel fuel turn into black smoke, does not play the effective energy, increases fuel consumption, and also shortens the service life of relevant parts.

5. Regular inspection and maintenance: the user must have the concept of "lifting weight and preventing heavy repair". Pay attention to careful maintenance. It is necessary to regularly check and adjust the valve clearance, injection pressure, oil supply time, etc. of the diesel engine pump, and timely eliminate the scale and dirt of the cooling water jacket.
